SECTION 1. The Negros Oriental Rural School in the Municipality of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school of the Sudlon Agricultural School type, which shall be known as the Negros Oriental National Agricultural School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to effect the reorganization of the Negros Oriental Rural School into the Negros Oriental National Agricultural School.
SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional fund for the reorganization, maintenance, and operation of said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred-sixty-four, aside from the current national aid for the maintenance and operation of the school. Thereafter, the necessary funds for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Acts.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 22, 1963.
