SECTION 1. The Bicol School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Tabaco, Province of Albay, is hereby converted into a college to be known as the Bicol College of Fisheries, which shall be under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools and shall offer, in addition to its present curriculum, such collegiate courses in fisheries technology as the said Director may determine.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BICOL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALB AY, INTO A COLLEGE AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of the said college for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, the sum necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
