AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EMERGENCY HOSPITALS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LASAM AND SOLANA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, emergency hospitals in each of the Municipalities of Lasam and Solana, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Lasam Emergency Hospital and Solana Emergency Hospital, respectively.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is here by authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospitals during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four: Provided, That each hospital shall be entitled to fifty thousand pesos. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of these hospitals shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
