AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALANG-ALANG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ALANG-ALANG AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, an agro-industrial high school to be known as the Alang-Alang Agro-Industrial High School

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
