AN ACT CONVERTING THE PALAWAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PALAWAN NATIONAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Palawan High School in the Municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national school to be known as the Palawan National School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
