AN ACT CONVERTING NAVAL EMERGENCY HOS­PITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, INTO A GENERAL HOS­PITAL TO BE KNOWN AS NAVAL GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPRO­PRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Naval Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Naval General Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. There­after, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
