AN ACT CONVERTING SAN CARLOS RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS SPEAKER EUGENIO PEREZ NA­TIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND AU­THORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The San Carlos Rural High School in the Municipality of San Carlos, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school to be known as Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is here­by authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school dur­ing the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. There­after, such sums as may be needed for its .operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Ap­propriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
