AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NORMAL COLLEGE IN DIPOLOG, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the super­vision of the Director of Public Schools, a normal college in Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte, to be known as Dipolog Normal College, which shall offer such collegiate courses in teacher education as the said Director may determine.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establish­ment, operation and maintenance of the said college for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, the sum necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
