Section 1

SECTION 1. The term of the franchise for an electric light, heat and power system granted to Natalio Digal under Act Numbered Thirty six hundred forty-five, and subsequently sold and transferred to Ocmis Electric Service Co., Inc. by authority of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred fifty-one, is hereby extended with the same terms and conditions for a period of twenty-five years from December seven, nineteen hundred sixty-four.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, June 18, 1964.
