AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national agricultural and fishery school in the Municipality of Bontoc, province of Southern Leyte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations consistent with the school of law for its establishment, operation and maintenance.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purpose. Thereafter, the amount for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
