AN ACT CONVERTING SAN MARIANO JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The San Mariano Junior High School in the Municipality of San Mariano, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a national agricultural high school to be known as San Mariano National Agricultural School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
