Section 1
SECTION 1. The Ilocos Norte Provincial High School in the Province of Ilocos Norte is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Ilocos Norte National High School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 18, 1964.
