SECTION 1. Subject to the terms and conditions prefixed in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred thirty-six, to the provisions of the Constitution, approval is hereby given to any assignment, sale and transfer of the franchise granted to Butuan Sawmill, Inc.,to install, operate and maintain an electric light, heat, and power tern in the Municipality of Lianga, Province of Surigao Sur, under Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred forty-nine, in favor of the Municipal Government of Lianga, Province of Surigao del Sur, together with all the property and equipment acquired thereunder.
