AN ACT CONVERTING THE ASINGAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ASINGAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Asingan High School in the Municipality of Asingan, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a school of arts and trades which .shall be called Eastern Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades, and this school shall be located at the said municipality.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five, for the purchase of a school site, tools and equipment, and for the construction of its building or buildings. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
