AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF GUIHULNGAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATIONS OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Guihulngan Emergency Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The financing of this hospital shall be in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. The necessary sums for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
