AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NORTHWESTERN LUZON SALTWATER FISHERIES PRODUCTION PROJECT AT RAOIS COVE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF LA UNION.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a regional saltwater fisheries production project at Raois Cove in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of La Union.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry into effect the purposes of this Act, during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Thereafter, the amount of sixty thousand pesos to defray expenses for the operation and maintenance of the project shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of each year.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
