Section 1
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated annually, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of nine hundred thousand pesos as aid of the Government to the Music Promotion Foundation to organize, develop and maintain a Filipino Symphony Orchestra and a Filipino Opera Company in pursuance of the objectives of the said Foundation, in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred and seventy: Provided, That six hundred thousand pesos shall be for the organization, development and maintenance of a Filipino Symphony Orchestra and three hundred thousand pesos for the organization, development and maintenance of a Filipino Opera Company.
