AN ACT CONVERTING THE CATBALOGAN SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, INTO A REGIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES TO BE KNOWN AS SAMAR REGIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Catbalogan School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Catbalogan, Province of Samar, is hereby converted into a regional school of fisheries, to be known as Samar Regional School of Fisheries.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
