Section 1
SECTION 1. There shall be established an emergency hospital in the Barrio of Baloc, Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija, to be known as Sto. Domingo Emergency Hospital.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six, Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, April 21, 1965.
