AN ACT TO AMEND REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO OPEN COURSES OF COLLEGIATE LEVEL IN THE ROXAS MEMORIAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL AT GUINOBATAN, ALBAY.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred ninety-one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The Secretary of Education, upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, is hereby authorized to open in the Roxas Memorial Agricultural School at Guinobatan, Albay, courses of four (4) years teacher education leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education (BSAE) and four (4) years home technology leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Home Technology (BSHT)."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this. Act. Thereafter, the necessary sum for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
