AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN EACH OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PAOAY AND BANGUI, BOTH OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in each of the Municipalities of Paoay and Bangui, both of the Province of Ilocos Norte. The sites for the said schools of fisheries shall be determined by the Director of Vocational Education.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said schools during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
