AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE OFFICE OF REGISTER OF DEEDS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUBAT, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND TO APPROPRIATE THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established the office of the register of deeds in the Province of Sorsogon, with permanent office at the Municipality of Gubat, which shall perform all the duties and functions of the register of deeds for all the municipalities of the first district.

The present office of the register of deeds in the Municipality of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon, shall hereafter be the office of the register of deeds for all the municipalities of the second district.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said new office during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
