AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONDRAGON, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS MONDRAGON BREEDING STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Mondragon, Province of Samar, to be known as Mondragon Breeding Station.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
