Open ↗SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Open ↗SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1965.
