AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHEST CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALOLBON, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CALOLBON CHEST CENTER, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services a chest center in the Municipality of Calolbon, Province of Catanduanes, to be known as the Calolbon Chest Center.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said center during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
