AN ACT CONVERTING SAN JUAN (CABALIAN) NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, INTO A COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS SAN JUAN COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. San Juan (Cabalian) National Vocational High School in the Municipality of San Juan, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby converted into a comprehensive high school to be known as San Juan Comprehensive High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
