AN ACT CONVERTING TANZA NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO A NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS TANZA NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Tanza National Trade School in the Municipality of Tanza, Province of Cavite, is hereby converted into a national comprehensive high school, to be known as Tanza National Comprehensive High School. The curriculum of said school shall include both academic and vocational courses.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
