AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAÑGA, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO BE KNOWN AS BANGA BREEDING STATION AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Bañga, Province of Aklan, to be known as Bañga Breeding Station.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of said breeding station shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
