AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOGOD, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS SOGOD NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national trade school in the Municipality of Sogod, Province of Southern Leyte, to be known as Sogod National Trade School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Vocational Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school for fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
