AN ACT TO AMEND THE THIRD PARAGRAPH OF SUBSECTION (2) OF SECTION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "AGRICULTURAL LAND REFORM CODE."

Section 1

SECTION 1. The third paragraph of subsection two of Section one hundred fifty-eight of the "Agricultural Land Reform Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "The Clerks of Court shall each receive an annual compensation of not less than seven thousand two hundred pesos. They shall exercise the same powers and perform the same duties on all matters within the jurisdiction of the Courts as those exercised by the Clerks of Court of the Courts of First Instance."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
