AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE, PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is further amended to read as follows: "Zamboanga del Norte, three assistant provincial fiscals, who shall be assigned to the different branches of the Court of First Instance of Zamboanga del Norte in proportion to the number of cases pending in each such branch;"

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred sixty-six.
