AN ACT CONVERTING THE DIPOLOG COMMUNAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Dipolog Communal Irrigation System in the Municipality of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby converted into a national irrigation system, subject to the supervision of the Director of Public Works.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said irrigation system during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five, including the improvement of the same. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
