AN ACT TO CREATE A HIGHWAY ENGINEERING SUB-DISTRICT IN THE PROVINCE OF SULU

Section 1

SECTION 1. Any provision of law, executive order or administrative regulation to the contrary notwithstanding, the portion of the Province of Sulu comprising the Island of Siasi and all other islands south of Siasi is hereby constituted into a highway engineering sub-district under an assistant highway district engineer and under the direct supervision of the highway district engineer.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Commissioner of Public Highways shall, within, thirty days from the approval of this Act, organize the highway engineering sub-district in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered One thousand one hundred and ninety-two.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
