AN ACT CONDONING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND PESOS REPRESENTING PRIVILEGE AND PERCENTAGE TAXES PLUS TWENTY-FIVE PER CENT SURCHARGE THEREON, ALLEGEDLY DUE FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF OLONGAPO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, FOR THE OPERATION OF ITS ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE AND ICE PLANTS.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred eighteen thousand pesos representing privilege and percentage taxes plus twenty-five percent surcharge thereon, allegedly due from the Municipality of Olongapo, Province of Zambales, for the operation of its electric, telephone and ice plants which were turned over to said municipality by the United States Navy upon the relinquishment of the occupation and control of said municipality by the United States Navy is hereby condoned.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
