AN ACT PROVIDING FOR UNIFORM LESSON PLANS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Board of National Education may prescribe a uniform lesson plan in the public schools, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Education, which shall be printed and distributed free to all public school teachers.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Such sums as may be necessary, for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
