AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS LEYTE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, an agro-industrial school in the Municipality of Leyte, Province of Leyte, to be known as Leyte Agro-Industrial School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
