Section 1

SECTION 1. Subject to all the conditions, terms, restrictions and limitations of Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred thirteen, as amended, the Mackay Radio and Telegraph Company of Delaware, United States of America, is hereby authorized to sell, convey, assign or transfer its franchise and all rights and privileges, including radio licenses and frequencies acquired by it under said Act to construct, maintain and operate in the Philippines stations for the transmission reception of wireless messages unto Globe Wireless, Limited.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
