AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE MARIANO JESUS CUENCO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABUYOC, PROVINCE OF CEBU.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established the Mariano Jesus Cuenco Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Malabuyoc, Province of Cebu, with an initial capacity of twenty-five beds, fully financed by the National Government.

Section 2

SEC. 2. To carry out the purpose of this Act, there is hereby appropriated the sum of one hundred thousand pesos out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said Mariano Jesus Cuenco Memorial Hospital for the fiscal year covering the period from July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-five to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, the operational expenses of the hospital shall be incorporated in the General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
