AN ACT CONVERTING THE PUERICULTURE CENTER IN THE DISTRICT OF LA PAZ, CITY OF ILOILO, INTO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS LA PAZ EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. La Paz Puericulture Center in the District of La Paz, City of Iloilo, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as La Paz Emergency Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year neneteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
