AN ACT CONVERTING BACARRA PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACARRA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BACARRA NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Bacarra Provincial High School in the Municipality of Bacarra, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby converted into a national comprehensive high school, to be known as Bacarra National Comprehensive High School. The curriculum of said school shall include both academic and vocational courses.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds n the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
