Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of forty-five thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the improvement, operation and maintenance of the port of Cagayan, Province of Oriental Misamis.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
