AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRESH-WATER EXPERIMENTAL DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM NURSERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SABLAYAN, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a fresh-water experimental demonstration fish farm nursery in the Municipality of Sablayan, Province of Occidental Mindoro.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of each year.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
