AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Ilocos Norte, eight assistant provincial fiscals, two of whom shall be assigned for the fourth branch of the Court of First Instance stationed in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
