AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SOIL CONSERVATION DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, TO BE KNOWN AS RIZAL SOIL CONSERVATION DEMONSTRATION STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a soil conservation demonstration station in Barrio Sampaloc, Municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal. The said station shall be under the supervision of the Director of Soils and shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred twenty-two.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the soil conservation demonstration station for the fiscal year nine hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
