Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand twenty-five is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to Dagupan Elec­tric Corporation a permit to construct, maintain, and operate, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, a private fixed point-to-point land-based and land-mobile radio stations in the Philippines for the reception and transmission of wireless messages on radiotelephony, each to be provided with radio transmitting apparatus and radio receiving apparatus."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The title of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "An Act granting the Dagupan Electric Corporation a permit to construct, establish and operate private fixed point-to-point land-based and land-mobile radio stations for the reception and transmission of radio communications in the Philippines."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 18, 1966.
