SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the province of Samar, is further amended to read as follows: "Samar, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals;"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 18, 1966.
