Open ↗SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the said hospital during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Such sums as may be necessary for its operations and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Open ↗SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 17, 1967.
