AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF BATAAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN FROM TWENTY-FIVE TO SEVENTY-FIVE BEDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Bataan Provincial Hospital in the Province of Bataan is hereby increased from twenty-five to seventy-five beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act for fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of said hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
