AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUBANG, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, vocational school in the Municipality of Lubang, Province of Occidental Mindoro, to be known as the National Vocational School of Northern Mindoro.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
