AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIBMANAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS LIBMANAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Health a general hospital in the Municipality of Libmanan, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as Libmanan Genera Hospital, at a site to be determined by the Secretary of Health.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, including the purchase of a site and hospital its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
